- Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and team meetings to ensure high performance, engagement, and staff development.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across both teams
Other Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the wider management team to review and improve cross-functional processes.
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and keep the Head of Operational Services informed of key updates.
- Lead on broader management responsibilities as required, contributing to strategic planning and operational delivery.
- Provide regular Management Information (MI) reports and updates to the Head of Operational Services, highlighting performance, risks, capacity, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a systems and process expert, leading the effective use of platforms that support operational workflows.
- Be proactive in identifying efficiencies, optimising processes, and maximising the use of technology to enhance quality and productivity.
