Training Qualifications UK is the fastest-growing Awarding Organisation in the UK and a market-leading End-Point Assessment Organisation. We work with over 500 schools, colleges, universities, and training providers worldwide, helping over 150,000 learners achieve their qualifications each year. As we continue to grow quickly in a fast-paced and regulated environment, we are looking for an Implementation Officer to support our team in making change happen. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop skills in change management and gain hands-on experience identifying and delivering change across organisational functions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop change implementation strategies including:
- The successful execution of communication plans
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing
- Rolling out training and support for business changes
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Quality assurance and control
Other Responsibilities
- Contribute to lessons learned activities to support continuous improvement
- Assist with the evaluation of internal platforms and tools
- Carry out administrative duties associated with assigned tasks
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TQUK products and services and an understanding of TQUK’s internal processes and the wider education landscape
- Engage with any TQUK communications such as internal updates, newsletters, policy updates or Centre information
- Assist with internal platform training as required
- Represent TQUK at events, meetings and forums as required
- Undertake other duties considered within your skill and competence to assist in the smooth running of the business as required
