About You

We are looking for a professional and energetic Construction End-point Assessor that is quality driven to join our team.
As a Construction End-point Assessor, you will be predominantly completing End-point Assessments in the trades that you are qualified to deliver.
You must have a professional manner and be able to actively manage your assessment caseload ensuring you meet the required deadlines, quality standards and service level agreements for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct End-point Assessments within your main areas of competence and experience
- Ensure timely completion of all required assessment follow up and documentation within the EPA system, in line with quality assurance requirements and service level agreements
- Attend and contribute to standardisation events for End-point assessment
- Manage your own caseload of apprentices through their End-point Assessment
- Provide assessment feedback to Construction EPA Company quality requirements and within SLA
- Complete required CPD in accordance with Construction EPA Company regulators requirements
- Complete training as required to maintain own competence
Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Must hold a current UK qualification for workplace vocational assessors or a Workplace Competence Assessor Award such as a Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Workplace and continue to practice to that standard.
- Be occupationally competent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant industrial experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the last 5 years working in the Groundwork Industry or have taken relevant and current CPD in Groundwork in the last 5 years
- Be qualified in a construction craft vocational qualification at L2 or above e.g. bricklaying, construction operations or equivalent
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to travel as necessary to fulfil the duties of the post

- Experience of conducting End-point Assessments
- Experience of supporting apprentices
