Following expansion, a brand new and exciting opportunity has emerged in our growing Marketing and Communications Team. We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Marketing Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for a multi-format content creator who enjoys variety – one day you’ll be helping in the production of video content or writing blog posts, and the next you’ll be managing the backend of our website or creating content for a webinar. As the Content Marketing Officer, you will be the creative engine of our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring our message is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals. From managing our social communities to maintaining our internal 'Brand Hub,' you will play a pivotal role in how TQUK is perceived by clients, learners, and the wider industry.

- Web and Digital: Create, edit, and maintain high-quality copy for the TQUK website, working across the team to ensure that all content is SEO-optimised, on-brand, and aligned to our strategic growth goals.
- Advertising: Draft persuasive copy for advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Tone of Voice: Act as the guardian of the TQUK voice, working with the rest of the team to ensure consistency across all written communications.
- Measurement and reporting: Work across the team to measure the impact of copywriting, create reports and recommend and implement data-led decisions.
- Content Creation: Produce a dynamic mix of written, graphical, and video content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter) and to grow our following, engagement and website traffic.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels daily, manage responses to inquiries and address any complaints with professionalism and speed, based on our standard operating procedures.
- Trend Research: Track popular social media trends and technologies, advising on how they can be used to grow TQUK’s channels.
- Measurement and reporting: Own, track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on social growth, engagement rates, and campaign success. Make proactive recommendations based on these insights.
- Workshops: Participate in and lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for use across our website, social media platforms, and external trade press.
- Industry news and trends: Work across the team to monitor industry news and trends and use that knowledge to inform content ideas.
- Blog creation: Work with the Communications function to develop high-quality content that helps the business grow its customer base.
- Asset Creation: Work with our graphic designer to create professional sales materials, including brochures, flyers, and case studies.
- Presentation Design: Create and maintain concise, high-impact slide decks for teams across the business, predominantly sales and leadership.
- Asset Management: Manage our 'Brand Hub' SharePoint site, ensuring all content within it is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.
