Nail Technician – All Aspects of Nails
Location: Tonbridge
Job Type: Full-time - Self Employed
Hours: 29 hours per week Wednesday & Thursday 2pm to 8pm, Friday & Saturday 9am to 6pm, 1st Sunday of every month 10am - 2pm.

We are a well-established and growing salon and training centre based in Tonbridge, operating from a newly refurbished, modern space. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality nail services, exceptional customer care, and a professional, welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
We are now looking for a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our friendly team, delivering all aspects of nail services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
The Role
As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing a full range of nail treatments to a high standard while building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident in ALL aspects of nails, detail-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures, including:
- Nail shaping and cuticle care
- Polish, gel polish, and UV gel application
- Full sets
- Infills
- Overlays and extensions
Client Care & Customer Service
- Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Carry out consultations to understand client preferences and expectations
- Recommend suitable nail treatments, enhancements, and maintenance plans
- Build strong client relationships to encourage rebooking and loyalty
- Handle client queries and feedback professionally
Salon Standards & Hygiene
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised workstation at all times
- Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitised in line with health & safety regulations
- Follow salon policies, treatment protocols, and professional standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Nail Technician (required)
- Confident in delivering all aspects of nail services
- Relevant nail qualification or diploma (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Passion for nails, beauty, and ongoing skill development
Working Hours
Available Working Days:
- Wednesday & Thursday: 2pm – 8:00pm
- Friday & Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 1st Sunday of every month - 10am - 2pm
Hours can be agreed to suit the business and individual availability.
