This vacancy is for an Apprentice Business Administrator based in Blackburn. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience dealing with internal and external customers whilst gaining on-the-job qualifications.

Assist with day-to-day running of the business centre, dealing with tenants, centre users, and visitors. Duties include:

  • Organising and distributing daily post, including dropping it to Royal Mail.
  • Assisting with invoice management.
  • Managing the reception area, including answering calls, building checks, and setting up/exiting tenants.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and handling enquiries from new clients.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties deemed suitable.

Training to be provided: L3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration, Functional skills – English, Maths (if not already achieved).
