TRAIN - Inspiring Young People in Didcot is seeking a Didcot Mentoring Lead to drive early intervention and mentoring across local secondary and primary schools. You will provide 1:1 and group support tailored to each young person, building trust through informal education, voluntary engagement and consistency.
You will manage mentoring delivery, forge strong school partnerships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion while supporting outreach, clubs and holiday programmes.
