GENERAL SUMMARY
Art Machine is seeking a meticulous and versatile Production Artworker - Adaptive & Localization to join our Production team based in London.
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Prepare, adapt, and finalize high-quality creative assets for print, digital out-of-home, web, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Localize and version creative campaigns across multiple languages, formats, and specifications while maintaining design integrity and brand consistency.
- Create accurate production templates from technical specifications and client guidelines, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards.
- Utilize Adobe After Effects to update existing motion graphics templates, create multiple versions, combine assets, and adapt video content for different aspect ratios and platforms.
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all output adheres to client brand guidelines, typography standards, and technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks prior to release, including verification of bleed, resolution, color profiles, dyelines, imagery, fonts, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain highly organized asset libraries, templates, guidelines, and production files to support efficient workflows and version control.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Account Management, and Creative teams to deliver exceptional work within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Production Artworker, Creative Artworker, or similar production-focused role within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, digital asset specifications, localization workflows, and file preparation best practices.
- Demonstrated experience adapting creative campaigns across multiple formats, languages, and aspect ratios.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering pixel‑perfect work.
- Strong organizational and file management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and consistently meet demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
