We combine our creative storytelling expertise with large-scale production resources, uniquely positioning us to create, market, and distribute gaming content for our diverse client portfolio of top gaming development companies and major brands.
We are seeking a motivated Producer to join our London team and lead/support complex projects across the creation of immersive video game campaigns that excite gamers worldwide.
As a member of our production team, you'll oversee internal production, vendor management, and client services in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate has strong adaptive project management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with creative teams and handle multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Creative Partner and lead the production of engaging campaigns and trailers that captivate audiences and showcase the unique features of each game.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, timely, and within-budget delivery.
- Innovate and troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding project timelines and goals.
- Effectively communicates with clients.
- Receives, interprets, and disseminates the client’s creative notes.
- Must have interest and awareness in writing/music/editorial.
- Support and coordinate with Creative Operations Partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e. g., film, multimedia production, or communications) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ year’s experience in liaising with creative teams and delivering trailers (theatrical or gaming).
- Experience in trailer editorial, copywriting, or music preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple projects, budgets, scheduling, personnel.
- Must have knowledge of film production, off-line and online editorial, and great organizational skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Organized, resourceful, problem solver and quick thinker.
- Great at fostering strong client relationships.
- Experience using the project management system Airtable is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Delivery of digital, key art/static creative projects is a plus
