We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead the bar at Trailer Happiness. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality cocktail environment.
Pay and Hours
- Pay: £16-£19 per hour (inclusive of service charge) depending on experience.
- Hours: Average 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality.
- Strong mixologist and bartender background.
- Proven bar management experience.
- Confident leader with excellent customer service skills.

- Oversee day-to-day bar operations and service quality.
- Lead, train, and schedule bar staff.
