The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Strategic Growth Analyst to play a critical role in expanding Traild's reach across our partner ecosystem. This is a full-cycle growth role where you will own everything from identifying and cold calling prospective partners, to building deep relationships, delivering compelling presentations, and unlocking partner customer books to drive pipeline. You will be the face of Traild in the market, spending meaningful time on the road, at events, and in front of partners and their customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle with partners from cold outreach and first contact through to activation and ongoing revenue generation.
  • Proactively cold call, email, and engage prospective and existing partners across phone, social media, and in-person channels without hesitation.
  • Build genuine rapport with partner stakeholders to earn trust and gain access to their customer base, turning partner relationships into active pipeline.
  • Develop and implement your own structure and prioritisation framework to manage a large, distributed partner portfolio identifying the opportunities most likely to move the needle and focusing your energy accordingly.
  • Navigate ambiguity confidently, operating effectively in an environment that is fast-moving and not always perfectly defined.
  • Represent Traild on the road attending partner sites, industry events, conferences, and ERP-focused gatherings as the face of the brand.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to partners and their customers, demonstrating deep knowledge of Traild's platform and the AP automation landscape.
  • Drive Traild enablement with partners by educating, training, and equipping partner teams so they can confidently position and sell Traild to their customers.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to align on partner strategies, co-develop campaigns, and share field insights.
  • Track all partner interactions, progress, and opportunities in CRM, providing regular reporting on activity and outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, partner ecosystems, and the competitive landscape to continuously sharpen your approach.

What We Look For:

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales, business development, or channel/partner role ideally within SaaS, ERP, or FinTech.
  • Confident picking up the phone, reaching out cold, and opening doors without waiting to be handed a warm lead.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships with both partner stakeholders and their end customers.
  • Strategic thinker who can assess a large, complex partner landscape and independently build a plan to prioritise what will drive the most impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and you don't need a perfect playbook to get started; you write your own.
  • Deep curiosity and a genuine appetite to develop strong product knowledge and become a trusted expert on Traild's platform and the AP automation space.
  • Confident presenter who is polished and persuasive whether in a boardroom, on a webinar, or at a trade show.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and be on the road as a true ambassador for Traild.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and being flexible with working hours to support a global partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively under pressure.
