About the Role

The role is for an EMEA Sales Development Representative to support the sales team by identifying leads, initiating outreach, and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead‑generation strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Provide regular reports on lead‑generation activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including occasional "call jacking" sessions and meetings outside standard hours during onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience.
  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience; ERP, FinTech, or AP experience is a bonus.
  • Strong cold‑calling, prospecting, and connection‑building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup/scale‑up environment.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Coachable and growth‑oriented.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and embraces the scale‑up spirit.
