The Role
We’re looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated Lead Solution Engineer (ERP) to join our Solutions team. You’ll play a key role in leading ERP integration projects and providing exceptional ERP support to customers. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deploy, support, and enhance our AP automation solution, with a focus on SAP B1 implementations.
Ideal Candidate
- Deep expertise in two of the following: SAP B1.
- Strong people and process leadership and experience building a new growing team in EMEA.
- A strong functional background with SaaS or ERP products.
- A customer‑first mindset and outstanding communication skills.
- Bilingual and fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support client implementations of Traild’s AP automation platform with SAP B1.
- Assist the sales team to demonstrate how Traild can assist a prospect to streamline, automate and protect their accounts payable.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and provide tailored ERP/AP solutions.
- Provide exceptional functional support to clients, particularly with escalated issues or complex ERP‑related inquiries.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, technical notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Success, and Technology teams to ensure customer success and solution excellence.
- Stay up to date with the evolving IFS platform and contribute to improving Traild’s integration capabilities.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience with SAP B1.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.
- Comfortable reading and understanding code, not a developer, but confident navigating integrations and data flows, requiring strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross‑functionally to solve them, involving strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication.
- Confident, articulate, and professional when interacting with customers, involving strong interpersonal skills.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast‑paced, global scale‑up, staying motivated and engaged in a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid team setup, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- A strong collaborator with an attitude that embraces growth, hands‑on execution, and continuous improvement, requiring a willingness to learn and adapt.
