The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We\’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Channel Manager to spearhead our partner relationships within key ERP channels. This is more than just a role; it\’s an opportunity to shape the future of our company by generating leads and sourcing new demo opportunities that will drive our success.
As a Channel Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your mission: to forge and nurture relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and other key partners within our ERP ecosystem. You\’ll be the face of our company, attending events, hosting webinars, and finding innovative ways to engage and expand our network. Ideal candidate will have an IFS background with the ability to operate in other ERP ecosystems (Acumatica, Syspro, NetSuite, +)
Key Responsibilities
- Book Demos: Generate qualified leads through our partners and manage new demos to convert these leads into customers.
- Account Management: Deliver outstanding day-to-day account management for partner relationships. This includes regular meetings, check-ins, and proactive support to ensure our partners feel valued and empowered.
- Relationship Building: Create, develop, and nurture deep connections with VARs within our ERP ecosystems. You\’ll be their go-to person, helping them understand our value proposition and motivating them to create new opportunities for demos.
- Event and Conference Engagement: Be the face of our brand at industry events and conferences. Host webinars and find unique engagement points to connect with and expand our network of key partners within channels.
- Communication: Facilitate regular communication and provide timely updates to our extended ecosystem network. Keep everyone informed and aligned, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
Who You Are:
- You bring 5+ years of experience working closely with or within the relevant ERP ecosystem (IFS). You understand the landscape and have a proven track record of success.
- You\’re a people person with extensive networks and a genuine passion for connecting with others. Building and maintaining relationships is your forte.
- You\’re driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to excel and innovate beyond the confines of your role. Challenges excite you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
