The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
As an Account Executive at TRAILD, you are the key to unlocking new possibilities for our clients. You\’ll be at the heart of our sales process, demonstrating the unique value of TRAILD\’s solutions.
Your role is crucial in showcasing how our software transforms business operations, addressing pain points with precision and insight. This is a chance to be a trusted advisor, guiding potential clients through the value proposition of TRAILD, leading them from curiosity to conviction. Ready to be the driving force behind business transformations?
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline management: execute on leads given to you by our SDR team and via our channels. Effectively use our Pipedrive CRM to maintain a level of hygiene in ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
- Self generate leads: prospect your own leads using various lead gen tools to identify and qualify leads to build your own self gen pipeline. You will take these leads through the end to end sales cycle.
- Demo our product: demo TRAILD to qualified leads to convert prospects to customers. You will deliver engaging technical conversations to multiple levels of the organisation, including CFOs, accountants and key financial decision makers in companies.
- Understand our unique offering: stay updated with key industry trends and our continuing feature and offering developments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
- Manage and grow relationships: build fantastic relationships with SME, mid-market and large enterprise clients, demonstrating how the TRAILD product can help Streamline, Automate and Protect their Accounts Payable.
- Sales strategy: develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer first: Listen to our customers to understand their needs and pain-points and ensure we are providing effective solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of working with mid-market and large enterprises.
- Experience with ERPs like SYSPRO, Epicor, Acumatica and IFS is a bonus.
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collective success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
