Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline management: execute on leads given to you by our SDR team and via our channels. Effectively use our Pipedrive CRM to maintain a level of hygiene in ensuring all information is up to date and correct.
  • Self-generate leads: prospect your own leads using various lead gen tools to identify and qualify leads to build your own self-gen pipeline. You will take these leads through the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Demo our product: demo TRAILD to qualified leads to convert prospects to customers. You will deliver engaging technical conversations to multiple levels of the organisation, including CFOs, accountants and key financial decision makers in companies.
  • Understand our unique offering: stay updated with key industry trends and our continuing feature and offering developments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product development.
  • Manage and grow relationships: build fantastic relationships with SME, mid-market and large enterprise clients, demonstrating how the TRAILD product can help streamline, automate and protect their Accounts Payable.
  • Sales strategy: develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer first: listen to our customers to understand their needs and pain-points and ensure we are providing effective solutions.
