About The Role

Sales Development Representative – EMEA

As an SDR, you will identify and engage with prospects across the EMEA region, qualifying leads for the sales team and driving meaningful conversations that warm accounts for future sales success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the EMEA region.
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule prospect calls, meetings and product demos.
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including participation in “call‑jacking” sessions and attending meetings outside standard hours during the onboarding period.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience with a background in ERP or Accounts Payable is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup/scale‑up environment.
  • Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets.
  • A passion for engaging with new people.
  • Strong independent work ethic and self‑motivation.
  • Coachable and growth‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaborator who embraces growth, hands‑on execution, adaptability and the scale‑up spirit.
