Salary - £26,000 - £32,000 per year
Ferndown Office - Permanent Full-time/Part-time

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our friendly support team. This role involves providing 2nd line remote and onsite support to our customers. As you will be working within a team environment and speaking to customers on a daily basis, your communication skills must be very strong.
This role would suit a candidate with experience in 2nd line support. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and can be available 'school term time only' if preferred.
Standard working hours are Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm

Requirements
- check 2+ Years experience in an IT support role
- check Full clean drivers license
- check Good documentation skills
- check Strong ticket handling ability, including detailed note recording
- check This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check at of cost of £59.30
Desirable Experience
- check Server 2016 onwards, Active Directory, PowerShell, Backups, Hyper-V, VMWare and Failover Clustering
- check Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Switches, Managed WIFI, Firewalls and Routers
