We are looking for an experienced 1st line engineer to join our friendly support team.
Ferndown Office. Permanent full-time or part-time.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced 1st line engineer to join our friendly support team.
As you will be working within a team environment and speaking to customers on a daily basis, your communication skills must be very strong.
You will be responsible for remote support and site visits in the local area.
You will be based at our Bournemouth office.
This role is available on a full time basis.
Own car essential with mileage reimbursed.

- Common user and device issues including networking and printing

Requirements
- 1+ Years experience in an IT support role
- Full clean drivers licence
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check at cost of £59.30

- Support ticket handling, including detailed note recording.
- MDM solutions, group policy, software & printer deployment, photocopiers, wifi, networking & firewalls.
- Working within the education sector.
