We’re hiring a full-time Wedding Sales & Coordination Specialist to help convert new leads and support our growing event calendar. You’ll focus heavily on sales and client relationship-building , while assisting our established on-site Wedding Coordinator to ensure a seamless experience from booking to big day.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts and a service mindset . You’ll be the first point of contact for newly engaged couples — conducting tours, guiding them through the sales journey, and helping close bookings that align with Trail Hub’s premium offering.
While sales is the focus, you’ll also assist in the planning and coordination process in tandem with our current full-time Wedding Coordinator . You are not expected to manage wedding coordination alone but will play a supportive role in logistics, communication, and day-of execution when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to wedding inquiries via HubSpot and OpenPhone SMS
- Lead venue tours and sales consultations with prospective couples
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel — from inquiry to contract
- Manage communication touchpoints and deal stages using HubSpot
- Collaborate with the existing Wedding Coordinator to onboard clients and maintain planning documents in Releventful
- Assist with creating timelines, drafting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and preparing vendor details
- Support wedding-day coordination including setup, client communication, and vendor arrivals (in a support role)
- Participate in open houses, styled shoots, and lead-generation events
- Identify upsell opportunities for added services, packages, and F&B enhancements
Who You Are
- Sales-Focused: You’re passionate about guiding couples to a “yes” with empathy and confidence
- Sales Experience: You have a background in high-value sales, with formal training and experience in industries like luxury automotive, SaaS, or similar premium sectors.
- People-Oriented: You know how to make people feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the journey
- Responsive: Comfortable managing client communication across text, email, and in-person (OpenPhone SMS experience a plus)
- Experienced: 3+ years in event sales or wedding venue sales preferred
- Detail-Driven: You’re organized, clear, and proactive in your planning and follow-through
- Tech-Enabled: You’re comfortable with HubSpot, Releventful, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting others
- Flexible: Willing and able to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak season (May–October)
