Eligibility:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Retail or sales experience preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Must have the ability to travel to assigned store or learning facility.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
This is a 100% commission opportunity with uncapped and unlimited earning potential! Within your first year, you can earn commissions and qualify for in-house and manufacturer incentives. To support you during onboarding, you will receive payments to support your training:
- First 6 months: guaranteed income of $4,000 monthly.
- Second 6 months: guaranteed income of $3,000 monthly.
After the training period, you'll earn pure commission on delivered goods, plus additional incentives. We also offer paid time off, generous employee discounts, extended health care, dental coverage, professional development programs, and opportunities for career growth.
