Reporting directly to the Director of Multi-Family Sales, you’ll combine hands-on leadership with disciplined sales execution—overseeing team performance, implementing structured processes, and partnering across departments to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve ambitious business goals.

As the District Sales Manager, Multi Family Builder Business Development, you will:
- Lead and drive business development for a team of Builder KAMs, setting clear expectations for performance, accountability, and service excellence.
- Create and implement standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices across the region.
- Conduct quarterly sales reviews with each KAM and lead bi-annual supplier learning sessions.
- Manage and elevate team performance through coaching, one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Analyze sales activity, pipeline health, margins, and forecasting accuracy, leading quarterly business reviews to drive accountability and results.
- Partner with the Director of Multi Family Builder Sales on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
- Drive consistent ERP usage and data integrity for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Oversee quoting, pricing, and contract execution to ensure accuracy, consistency, and profitability.
- Manage expense budgets aligned to strategic market opportunities.
- Resolve escalated client, operational, and credit-related issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless project execution.
- Co-facilitate the annual sales meeting and support regional sales planning.
- Execute the Strategic Annual Sales Plan.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- Proven experience managing and coaching sales teams in residential construction or complex B2B environments.
- Strong leadership and performance management capabilities with a track record of delivering results through teams.
- Experience implementing structured sales processes and driving discipline.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and forecasting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
