Traid in Clapham is seeking a Shop Manager who will lead the store’s commercial and operational performance, driving sales, donations, Gift Aid and cost control while upholding presentation and customer care.
You will lead a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers, coaching and developing them, acting as a brand ambassador and building relationships with donors and customers to grow footfall and engagement in line with Traid’s sustainable fashion mission.
