Traid is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant who has a passion for retail, fashion, and charity work. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our shop, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with pricing and merchandising. Our busy stores require vibrant individuals capable of handling high customer volumes and maintaining well-stocked shop floors. You will also be involved in hanging, tagging, and pricing large deliveries from our central warehouse. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
• Ensure smooth daily shop operations.
• Manage weekly deliveries and keep the shop floor stocked.
• Operate as a cashier and balance the till at day\’s end.
• Implement and process Gift Aid donations.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Manager.
• Represent the Traid brand positively.
