Job Description: Mobile Patrol Officer Security Driving Position (Night Shift)

Location: London (Starting and Ending in Hounslow)

Hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Mobile Patrol Officer to join our security team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of various sites across London. As a Mobile Patrol Officer, you will perform duties including site inspections, lock and unlock services, and responding to alarms, contributing to a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Locking and Unlocking: Ensure sites are securely locked and unlocked as required.
  • Alarm Responses: Respond promptly and effectively to alarm activations, following protocols to secure properties.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of client properties, identifying and reporting any security concerns.
  • Patrol Services: Carry out mobile patrols in a small manual van to ensure the safety and security of client sites.
  • Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents and observations during your shift.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a professional point of contact for clients when on-site.

Requirements:

  • Driving Skills:
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence (held for over 1 year).
  • Must be able to confidently drive manual small vans.
  • SIA Licence: A valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence is essential.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience as a Mobile Patrol Officer or in a similar security role would be ideal but training will be given.
  • Knowledge of security procedures, alarm systems, and property inspections is advantageous.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform patrol duties effectively, including walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Availability: Must be able to travel to the office in Hounslow to start and end each shift.
  • Working Hours: Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and bank holidays if required.
