The Governors of Victoria Park Junior School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed Teaching Assistant (Level 3). The successful candidate will have high expectations of all children, a caring nature, be passionate about learning and someone who wants to develop professionally.
Victoria Park Junior School is a two form entry Junior School (Key Stage 2) with 235 pupils on roll. We are a caring, hardworking and collaborative team with very supportive parents/carers and a strong, committed Governing Board.
We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, dedicated, a team player and is knowledgeable about children's learning. They will also promote the school's shared values of Respect, Equality, Aspiration, Responsibility, Love & Courage.
Victoria Park Junior School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Enhanced checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this post and references will be required. Online checks will also be undertaken as part of the safer recruitment process as well as other relevant pre-employment checks.
