The Governors of this popular, friendly and outstanding school wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work throughout Key Stage 1 delivering phonic interventions and working with children on the SEND register. Recent experience and knowledge of how phonics is delivered is desirable.
The applicant must hold a Childcare in Education qualification equivalent to at least NVQ Level 2. St Hugh of Lincoln is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
Appointment is subject to satisfactory enhanced DBS and background check and employment is subject to satisfactory references. Visits to the school are welcome by appointment. Further details and application forms are available from the school.
