Brooklands Primary School is a dynamic and forward-thinking school, committed to high expectations and aspirations for our pupils while ensuring the wellbeing and professional fulfilment of our staff. We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher to join our team for two days per week on a fixed-term basis (24 months). This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with a strong background in both mainstream and specialist settings who can bring expertise in delivering, modelling and supporting a range of teaching and therapeutic interventions for pupils with additional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, support staff, parents and our Inclusion Team to improve classroom practice, provide targeted support for pupils and contribute to SEND processes including TASC and EHCP applications.
