The Governors of Heyes Lane Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, confident, and caring person to join our friendly team. The role involves supervising children during lunchtime.

The duties include:
- Supervising queues in the dining hall and corridors, promoting positive behaviour and relationships.
- Encouraging children to use table manners.
- Assisting children with eating and toileting as needed.
- Dealing with health and safety issues, such as cleaning tables and spillages.
- Leaving the dining hall tidy.
- Supervising children in the playground during lunch.
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience working with children (desirable).
- Possess a friendly but firm manner.
- Be tactful and patient when supervising children.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Be aware of health and safety in the school environment.
- Be willing to undertake relevant training.
