We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive recruitment support for the Group, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. This role is pivotal in assisting the smooth running of recruitment as a key function within the HR department, supporting managers and staff on key recruitment functions and procedures.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the full end-to-end recruitment cycle of all TSCG colleagues.
- Creating up-to-date job adverts and job descriptions.
- Liaising with management to coordinate the selection and assessment process.
- Working within safer recruitment guidelines to onboard new colleagues.
- Supporting the development and implementation of recruitment plans and resourcing strategies, including peak campaigns.
As the first point of contact with candidates, you will have an exceptional professional manner whether on the phone, in emails or in person. You will be proactive and driven to attract the best candidates, with a resilient and flexible approach to quickly adapt. Previous experience in Recruitment and a minimum level 3 CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of working in a safeguarding environment would be preferred.
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or 4 or a willingness to work towards.
