Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as a Quality Controller, Quality Assurance Assistant, or similar role within a food production environment.
  • Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
  • Experience completing quality documentation and records.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience within poultry, meat, or food manufacturing would be advantageous.
