Shift Pattern
You must be able to work a 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern:
- 2 x Days, 6:30am - 6:30pm
- 2 x Nights, 6:30pm - 6:30am
- Followed by 6 days off
This shift pattern offers an excellent work-life balance while providing consistent, ongoing work.
The Role
Working within a busy paper manufacturing environment, your duties will include:
- Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently
- Feeding large paper reels and bales into production lines
- Using a 4-fork Counterbalance forklift to manoeuvre large paper bales
- Supporting production operations
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a reliable and professional team
- Full training will be provided on the site processes and specialist equipment
Requirements
- A valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence is essential
- In-house FLT licences cannot be accepted
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience is preferred
- Ability to work the 4 on, 6 off rotating shift pattern
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety and reliability
