£17.34 - £18.95 per hour. Temporary to Permanent role. Working Hours: Predominantly working a 2-shift pattern Monday to Friday: 06.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00. Monday to Thursday. Fridays: 06.00 - 12 noon / 12 noon - 18.00. Flexibility to work occasional night shifts is required when the business needs. Working as part of an experienced production team, you will be responsible for completing work safely, accurately and efficiently, while meeting quality standards and production deadlines. The role will involve:
- Inspection and measurement of components.
- Using hand/ power tools & measuring equipment.
- Training given.
- Building and assembling mechanical systems and components.
- Testing assemblies and systems.
- Following detailed work instructions, route cards and standard operating procedures.
- Recording work completed and signing off relevant documentation.
- Working as part of a team across different areas of the manufacturing process.
- You will need to pass a drugs & alcohol test before starting.
