Program, set up, and operate press brake machinery to produce components to specification.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Adjust machine settings to achieve accurate bends and maintain quality standards.Carry out first-off inspections and ongoing quality checks throughout production.Ensure all products meet required tolerances and customer specifications.Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.Identify and report any machine faults or production issues.Work safely in accordance with company health and safety procedures.Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.Proven experience programming, setting, and operating Press Brake machines.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.Desirable SkillsExperience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of CNC-controlled press brake machinery.Familiarity with quality inspection tools and measuring equipment.Working HoursMonday to FridayDay Shift: 07:30am - 4:00pmInterview ProcessSuccessful candidates will be invited to attend a competency-based interview, where previous programming, setting, and operating experience will be assessed., £16.00 - £18.00 per hour PAYE, dependent on experience.Long-term opportunity with genuine temp-to-perm prospects.Stable day-shift working pattern.Weekly pay whilst on contract.Opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business.Immediate interviews available.
