Hours: 36.25 per week, with a varied shift pattern over 3 weeks of early, late and 1 in 3 weekends

The Role: As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring our facilities run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a welcoming environment for all visitors, ensuring they feel valued and supported
- Supporting the Duty Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and maintaining smooth facility management
- Handling challenging situations with professionalism, guiding the team to resolve customer concerns effectively
- Collaborating across departments to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Identifying opportunities for improvement, working with your Manager to enhance customer satisfaction
- Engaging with visitors, answering queries, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Driving sales and retention, building relationships, generating leads, and promoting our services
- Maintaining equipment and activity areas, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready for use
- Setting up for scheduled programmes, preparing spaces and equipment as needed
- Providing lifeguard support, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all
To be successful in the role you will have:
- A valid Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, or the potential to step into one confidently
