The Role

Trafford Leisure has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team at a pivotal time of growth and transformation.

Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Location: Trafford Leisure Support Office, Timperley (Greater Manchester).

Contract: Full-time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects and programmes
  • Define project scope, objectives and success measures with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project plans, including risks, budgets and timelines
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide clear reporting to support decision‑making
  • Support organisational change through effective communication and engagement

About You

  • Have experience delivering projects in a structured environment
  • Be confident managing full project lifecycles
  • Understand project management methodologies and how to apply them
  • Be a strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Have excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Be adaptable, collaborative and solutions‑focused
  • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience (a project management qualification is desirable)
