The Role of Swimming Teacher:

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated Swimming Teachers to join our team. You must hold a Level 2 Swim England swimming qualification and be passionate about helping people develop their swimming skills. Ideally, you will also hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, or a National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches.

As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Deliver structured swimming lessons for all ages and abilities
Work with schools and local communities to assess progress against Swim Well criteria
Coordinate awards, communicating with parents, teachers, and colleagues
Ensure health and safety standards, maintain equipment
Manage administrative tasks such as diaries and swimmer records

You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours during holiday periods, sickness cover, and busy times.
