Trafford Leisure is on the lookout for a Children’s Activity Leader (Tiny Teds) to join the team.

Location: Stretford Sports Village, Chester Centre

Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30-11.45am, Tuesday 1pm – 3.15pm (in addition to morning session), 13.5 hours

The Role:

  • Bring energy and fun to our Tiny Teds sessions!
  • You’ll lead engaging parent and child activities, creating a safe, welcoming space where little ones can play, learn and thrive.
  • Deliver fun, interactive play sessions, songs and activities.
  • Keep children safe, happy and engaged.
  • Work with the team to continually improve sessions.
  • Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.

What you need:

  • Experience working with children in a similar role.
  • A positive, energetic and caring approach.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
  • Calm, reliable and flexible.
