We're looking for a curious, data‑driven Marketing Executive to join our fun, collaborative marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into numbers, spotting trends, and turning insight into action. If you enjoy analysing what works and why across campaigns, content, and digital channels, you'll fit right in. This role will be based at our support office; however, travel to our other sites in Altrincham, Sale, Stretford, and Urmston may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance across Meta, Google Analytics, and PPC platforms
  • Tracking website performance, user behaviour, and conversion trends
  • Managing and reporting on PPC campaigns, including optimisation and budget tracking
  • Reviewing engagement, reach, and brand impact across social media
  • Using tools like Hootsuite to schedule, monitor, and evaluate social activity
  • Updating and maintaining website content through WordPress
  • Supporting SEO activity, including keyword research and on‑page optimisation
  • Producing clear reports and dashboards to show what's working and what isn't
  • Supporting B2B marketing activity, including campaigns, content, and outreach
  • Contributing to PR activity where needed
  • Working closely with the wider team to bring creative ideas to life

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience in a marketing role (agency or in‑house)
  • Ownership of data analysis and presenting insights in a clear, meaningful way
  • Strong understanding of the following:
  • Meta Business Suite

  • PPC / paid ads
  • SEO fundamentals
  • Hootsuite
  • WordPress
