The EAL department is dynamic and forward-thinking, eager to see pupils succeed. We wish to appoint an outstanding L2 EAL Teaching Assistant to work with pupils, families and staff to support the successful integration of International New Arrivals (INAs) and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL) into our school community and provide ongoing support throughout their curriculum experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have the potential to further develop our successful and highly regarded EAL department. We are looking for commitment to improving life chances for young people, as well as commitment to your own professional development.
You will be well supported by the Senior Leadership Team who are focused on teaching and learning, and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.
