Trafford Council is seeking a Specialist Social Worker (Homelessness) to join the Adults Support & Prevention Hub. You will support adults who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to improve wellbeing.
Based in Trafford's Housing Options Service, you will work with Adult Social Care and partners to deliver coordinated care, manage complex cases, and drive positive outcomes for individuals and communities.
