You will refer cases to Legal Services and manage the Enforcement Agent contract, while shaping recovery timetables and strategies to maximise income in a changing local taxation landscape.
You will report to the Revenues Manager, develop new practices, drive performance, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
