Trafford Council is seeking a SEND Coordination Officer to support its Education Health and Care (EHC) Team. You will coordinate EHC Assessments and issue EHC Plans in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Regulations 2014, while ensuring timely responses to Annual Reviews.
You will foster strong relationships with families and partner agencies, manage a busy caseload, and work in a person-centred way to support children and young people with SEND.
