The predicted salary is between 21800 - 24200 £ per year.
As a Support Time & Recovery Worker in the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team you will either hold a NVQ Level 2 or be prepared to work towards this, have experience in organizing and facilitating meaningful structured therapeutic activities and be passionate about working in mental health.
You will contribute to the delivery of mental health services and provide a caring and compassionate service. You will provide practical and emotional support with activities of daily living and facilitate independent living, including accessing community resources. You will be able to form positive therapeutic engaging relationships with service users and carers.
You will need to be able to independently drive to service users homes across the borough of Trafford., Your style and approach will reflect our values and behaviours : you will be committed to continually learning & improving the way you do things to ensure effective outcomes; valuing and respecting others’ contribution, you will work together to deliver the service and quality improvements. The role requires excellent team working, and communication skills, risk management and engagement with service users and carers.

Salary range £25,183 – £27,269 pa Trafford council is a Living Wage Employer.
Working Pattern Full time, 5 days per week, 36.25 hours per week.
