Aftercare Worker required at Trafford Council to support care experienced young people as part of the 'through care' service. This role carries out the duties of a Personal Advisor under the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000, supporting care leavers living independently in the community and working in partnership with other agencies to ensure young people leaving care receive the highest quality of service. Based at Talbot Road, Manchester, this is a temporary assignment running from 14/09/2026 to 03/01/2027, paying Β£19.11 per hour (Β£24.62 umbrella).
