The Governing Board of Broadheath Primary School wish to appoint an inspiring and committed part-time Headteacher to lead our welcoming and inclusive school into its next phase of development. Due to the planned reduction in working hours of our current Headteacher, we are seeking to appoint a part-time Headteacher to work alongside her in leading the school and ensuring its continued success.
Situated in Altrincham, on the edge of the Cheshire Plains and built on Dunham Massey land, we serve approximately 520 pupils aged 4 to 11. We are proud of our strong community ethos, positive learning environment, and dedicated staff team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to make a meaningful impact in a flexible role.
About the role
This post is offered on a 0.4 FTE basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays. It is anticipated that the post will become full time (1.0 FTE) at a future date in line with planned succession arrangements. The role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who values collaborative working and is able to operate effectively within a shared leadership model.
