Working Pattern: Full time

Working Arrangement: We work in a hybrid way, working from the office, from home and from other Council buildings as appropriate.

About the Role: We currently have a vacancy to lead the Audit and Assurance Service, which includes the internal audit and counter fraud functions. The Head of Audit and Assurance role includes responsibilities as the head of internal audit and also responsibility for the Council's counter fraud team.

You will have significant experience in internal audit, and have a CCAB or CMIIA qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification which includes training on the practice of internal audit.
