Role: Trainer/Assessor - Early Years (Fixed Term until 31/07/2025)

Hours: 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £31,374.00 - £41,289.00 FTE

Employer Pension Contribution: 21.8% (£6,839.53 - £9,001.00 per year) FTE

Location: Altrincham, Stockport, Cheadle Campuses (with potential requirements across the Group)

The Opportunity: The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) seeks an experienced Trainer Assessor to join our Early Years team, helping us unlock potential and foster success.

The Role: Assess learners in the workplace, support apprentices and employers, complete apprenticeship paperwork, and utilize systems like OneFile to track progress. You will also handle onboarding, exam registration, and participate in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.

About You: If passionate about early childhood education and supporting learners, this is an excellent opportunity. You should have a minimum L3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification, an Assessor qualification, GCSE 4+/FS L2 in maths and English, and a driving license with access to a vehicle for visits.
