We are seeking a dedicated and organised Programme Outreach Administrator – Industry Skills to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months. You will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, outreach, and coordination of adult education and skills programmes across Greater Manchester, designed to help adults develop key skills and progress into employment.

Working closely with the Employment and Skills Manager and the Programme Leader and key delivery teams, you will:

  • Manage enrolments
  • Maintain accurate learner records
  • Support and help coordinate outreach activities
  • Assist with compliance and quality assurance
  • Monitor course outcomes to ensure programmes meet funding and performance targets
  • Support reporting, data management, and effective communication with learners, employers, and internal stakeholders

A key aspect of the role will involve outreach and engagement activities, including supporting and attending jobs fairs, employer events, and community engagement activities to promote programmes and encourage participation. You will liaise with partners and employers to support learner progression and contribute to destination tracking, monitoring learner outcomes and progression into employment, further training, or other positive destinations following course completion.
