To support the Learner Services department in providing high quality information, advice and guidance for all queries. To provide confidential administration for learners, parents/carers where appropriate. To provide administrative support where required to the wider Learner Services team.

About You:

  • Passionate about supporting learners in ensuring they have the right advice and access to internal and external services to enable them to become their best selves during their time in college.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in software such as ProSolution, ProMonitor and Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with discretion and provide a confidential service where required.
  • Experience in organising diaries and coordinating events.
  • Team player who communicates effectively within the team and contributes positively to the busy department, demonstrating resilience and a learner focused approach to queries and challenges.
